[After the SafeTCard training] - I was very impressed with the company and the alarm itself. You probably know all this already but I think we can be very confident if staff are using these alarms that they will have help when they need it. The trainer trained me in such a way as to not cause distress and she calmly took me through all the steps. The alarm itself monitors and listens to what is going on if activated and I had to tell a man that we were testing the system. They even rang my emergency contact as a precaution. So it all works and it works fast too. Thank you for letting me use this, it is a big boost to my confidence.
